From Dulcie:

My love of art began very early.  I was born in Yorkshire, England.  I began my study of art at the Ferens Art Gallery in Hull, East Yorkshire, England.  Living in the coastal area I was always fascinated with painting water.  I love the movement and light, and find it a very challenging endeavor in my paintings of ocean and river waters.

My mediums in art are watercolor and oils.  I paint traditionally or in an interpretive manner.  My study of sculpture has been a very important inspiration in design and movement.
